Look at what's banned in New Zealand to see what's going to be imposed upon you guys.
There's all sorts of arbitrary nonsensical "laws" regarding firearms and i am pretty sure regarding woodstoves too.[*though i haven't double checked that one.]
Simple way to get a reasonable perspective on such "laws" of men, is ask the question; "Do these fit, or align with, God's Law?"
Generally the answer is, no.
Is is wrong to disregard man's "laws" when these are clearly being used for nefarious purposes?
i say no, it is not wrong.
Will compliant bootlickers enforce these nefarious "laws" if it is discovered that someone disregarded them,...yes they will gleefully do so.
How would they know?
That is the crucially important question to ponder.
Let me take a stab at this:
America was founded on the premise that man has unalienable Rights. Unalienable Rights are those Rights bestowed upon birth to a person by their Creator (their God, whomever they deem that to be.) Such Rights are absolute and above the law making power. The United States was unique as it was the only country on this planet that acknowledged such Rights in its Constitution. Additionally, the United States Supreme Court opined that:
· "No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it." — Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177. (late 2nd Ed.)
Be that as it may, our system of jurisprudence has been illegally taken over and the Constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on. We have reasserted our Rights and you would do well to use The Charter and Proclamation of the Rights of Man as a blueprint for establishing Liberty in your own country. There is an orderly process, but if we don't follow it the government WILL finish off the Republic. So, from a legal point of view we should NOT comply with tyrannical laws.
As a moral issue, the Bible makes it abundantly clear that we are never to "submit to a yoke of slavery" (see Galatians 5: 1.)
As a practical matter, Uncle Scam will know if you are buying contraband; they know what label you register to vote as; they know how you think politically UNLESS you are taking precautions. Don't use your Socialist Surveillance Number... ooops "Social Security Number" (which is your National ID Number) to buy or sell. Buy with cash and don't leave a paper trail. Don't make threats on the Internet and avoid the trash talk that incites illegal and / or violent acts. You don't need the attention. Having been forced to consider and ponder your questions for the last four decades on a daily basis, I can tell you the answer. Between the ballot box and the bullet box there are a lot of things that you should be doing. Passive resistance, civil disobedience, and ultimately rebellion is the way it's been done throughout history. Unfortunately, today too many people want to skip the steps and go into a full on war with the powers that be. That is an exercise in futility and guaranteed destruction. Will the tyrant's legion of Jack Booted Thugs act against the people? See the thread on this board about the 29 Palm Questionnaire.
The closest would be a few "freemen", who seem focused upon certain aspects, that being teaching basics of individual sovereignty and establishing Common Law communities. Yet all that is still within the existing corporate governmental structure. From what i can tell, they don't really seem interested in, or perhaps feel powerless to, effect any nationwide fundamental change for the betterment of the population as a whole.
From what i have seen[*here], there's a lack of organization amongst the various "Freedom" type movements and most of these are infested with/or run by controlled opposition shills—regardless, none but the "freemen" have been open to scrutinizing the current corporate governance system here–and abroad.
To top that off, every "Freedom" group i've brought up the 'Common Law' subject with has either brushed it off outright or are infact hostile towards it and also towards "SovCits"[*sovereign citizens] as well.
Thus,...i have figured there's little point focusing my efforts here and instead choose to focus where there are already some well informed—organized groups that could potentially gain traction and amount to creating worldwide change for good.[*i.e; USA]
i don't know what life is Truly like in the states, but here, people like me[*unvaxed, unmasked, etc] are treated as a second class so please forgive my disdain towards certain groups. Pardon me if i've misinterpreted what you mean where you've mentioned about posting threats or something. Is that referring to me/my posts, or just in general? If me/my posts, fair enough and i'm simply guessing here, wondering if maybe my way of communicating[*laced with naughty words & such] and is actually relatively reserved by comparison to local "norms", could be being perceived erroneously here as i am under the impression you guys/gals are possibly from a quite different sort of community.[*church/religion oriented.]
[*i bring up the above, as i am trying to bridge what appears to be a communication gap between us.]
Now, regarding your quoted post overall, i have to make it known that once again, i reckon you're almost totally on point and honestly it is quite impressive to behold such knowledge & wisdom.
Perhaps, or rather, it is guaranteed that i'm yet to learn a great many more things in life,...however right now—and for several years prior, i have come to realize certain difficult things.
One being, that the "i"[*me] is a fleeting individuated experience and whatever happens to the individual "me" is inconsequential by comparison to the whole of whatever this living existence is. What i mean is, whatever i individually/subjectively experience—whether by my doing or others or by some other force, is just how it is and i will have to accept it by making the most out of the consequences. That is, i am willing to endure whatever i must. In case i'm not making myself clear, i mean i recognize that the physical me is transient and irrelevant, unlike most, i do not identify as—nor consider the physical manifestation of the self as being anything more than a temporary avatar and this includes the conscious "i", if that makes any sense.
What you've elucidated regarding online prudence, i do not disagree, as it is very important and i strongly do encourage learning & exercising such self protection measures.
However, with regard to myself, i have come to realize that i do not value prolonging self existence anywhere near the value i perceive of the seeking to benevolently influencing the whole whilst i am here. In other words, my prerogative is not the continuation of self or an ideology, rather it is the helping of other.[*as in, all life.] i mean no offense by this, yet it must be clearly stated that at all times i will say/write/act as i alone deem necessary regardless whether some other entities[*individual, corporate or otherwise.] chose to pass judgement upon me for doing so. Though i will make efforts to be respectful unto those[*like yourself] whom i deem worthy. i am willing—prepared—and expect to pay the ultimate price for my choices.
As elaborated on a little in another post of mine, and you've probably already started noticing this,...my prerogative is to teach whatever little i come to experientially know, by the act of demonstration using self as the example. Maybe i am in error—or perhaps self sacrifice like this isn't preferable for most, that's ok and if i'm wrong then eventually i'll be forced to learn one way or another. i do not expect others to adopt this perspective, i expect others to learn from what they witness,...and the historically demonstrated fact is that some of the greatest lessons taught to "man-kind"[*Adam-kind] were due to this unfortunate Reality;- some of us are destined for martyrdom whether we chose to or not. This does not mean to slyly imply as if i consider myself any different to any other, coz i am not. This is not bourne from some "ego" stroking sense of existential greatness or something foolish like that, and this is not suggesting i am some special kind of courageous individual. i am not. i have simply accepted Reality. This is just the fact of my subjective accumulated perspectives, and i will not deny that i could just as easily be mistaken entirely. It may be the case that to the objective observer, my posts seem arrogant or something, i do not know, but please, i ask of you[*& all readers] to try to realize that my actions, whether in real life or online, are not motivated by selfish arrogance or whatever else, my True motivator arises subsequent of accepting my inherent mortality. Which, in layman's/or common naughty worded terms would be; i do not give a fudge about hanging onto—or extending materiality attachments.
Sorry, i know this is not exactly in line with this threads core subject regulations, though i think this alternative perspective is relevant and important for others to become aware of.
However, to make up for my detraction,...i will attach some random intelligence documents from the mountains i've collected;
