I have invited a number of people over that talked a good game but so far haven't put any content on this board. This board is only a few days old and we have a lot of content for its size. We have
* A link to The Charter and Proclamation of the Rights of Man
* Threads about gun control and getting rid of mass shootings without gun control
* A topic about gas prices
* A strategy thread in the vain hope of understanding Donald Trump
* A thread inquiring about who is planting things for the coming SHTF
New guys are going to have to post some topic matter as those of us who have been posting this week can only address what we think is important - not always what you think is important. What we do have is real important.

We have invited people who normally do not post on discussion boards. Most are no shows. Some are reading the posts. A couple registered so we'd know they are engaged in looking at posts. That is the second best outcome in my opinion. This board has been costly in terms of the time spent and so few people responding. Those of us posting only know a limited number of things to post that you may be interested in. It is up to the posters. The board has been built. Everybody is invited. Right now it looks like mini blogs. You know you want to participate.
Since there is some content up and efforts are being made to get new posters don't be surprised now that the number of new threads may fall off. It comes down to a time factor and a cost -benefits analysis. Without feedback there is no incentive for those making all this possible to stay engaged. When you are ready to post, there are people ready, able and willing to read and some will even respond.

This week has meant getting banned from two boards. One claimed that it was trolling and spam to leave the link to the website. The other said it is an insult to tell someone that they are wrong even when the facts dictate otherwise. It is as if all the big discussion boards are run by people that want to control content and keep people from networking. They have to be socialists as they despise the notion of competition and sharing links. That door is closed. We continue to look for avenues by which to reach people. If you're reading but not posting its up to you to help get this effort up and going. The people who wanted this effort to get off the planning list and into the done column aren't participating. It is frustrating and perplexing.
If you are not a part of the solution you are part of the problem.

Don't think I have not been keeping up with your thread because I have.
Not being part of the solution does not mean you're being part of the problem since many people don't realize that there is a problem.
I have done everything that you have and probably a bit more. You cannot get to liberals because they do not respect when you respect them. You can be as reasonable and logical as you want and they will come back with insults and straw man arguments. They are not activists, they are pussies.
The same goes for the MAGA folks. They think that Trump is some type of a living God and anything you say that even is slightly unfavorable of him will get your ass band immediately.
We need to appeal to the silent majority who want to be active. And the new ways obviously don't work. We have to go old school. I have just putting up signs and banners. They cost less than business cards and you don't need a bunch of them.
If our goal is to defeat the liberals then unlike some people, I believe we don't need to do anything since their system - communism will fall by itself. In a way they are kind of like atheists - they can't survive without theists. However, I'll go right now is to gain support and membership, so how do we do that?
Have you noticed that the rhinos such as the Libhater guy on the old forum keep staying on DDT and does not come over here? There are a few people like him so why do they do it? It's because they are not activists and they just want to argue and debate against stop signs.
We have to stop recruiting from political forums and go to friendly forums that have nothing to do with politics. Go to forums where you have true interest in and honestly participate in their conversations and put a link to all from in your signature and also suggest our forum in their general talk. This is not the best way but I have generated if you members this way. I'm going to start going to graphic designer forums and asking them how I can make our forum better better. Hopefully some of them will volunteer to create a new banner for us and perhaps they will read our material and join up.
It is important not to directly confront them with our motives since their natural reaction will be fear and rejection.
