What do you think the most serious problem in America is? Drugs? Guns? Taxes? Immigration? Wokeism? Racism? Environmental issues? Hang on for just a moment while I explain this. Almost all of those issues (save of maybe environmental issues) are related to the immigration debacle and the immigration debacle crosses paths with the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment. Conspiracy theory? It's not a theory once it's been proven to be true. Where, exactly, do we being by explaining this? By explaining the fact that there is a serious question about the Fourteenth Amendment's legitimacy? No, but we can do that later. I think we should look at the pretext that was used to pass the Fourteenth Amendment. Then you will understand what is really going on.
The Fourteenth Amendment was illegally ratified under the pretext of giving Blacks a "right" to become citizens. Note the bolded words and the italicized one. That is being done for the purpose of bringing attention to them. Now a pretext is the excuse or the given reason that something is done regardless of the real issue of why it is being done. Our next concern with this presupposition is questioning a supposed "right" to become a citizen and vote.
If the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment was supposed to grant some kind of "right" it was the granting of a privilege or immunity as the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment NEVER mentions "rights" of any kind.
Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

If you have accessed and read the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment, you can see that the word "rights" NEVER appears in that amendment. It talks about privileges and immunities. One of those things is that there are legal differences between unalienable Rights, inalienable rights and privileges / immunities that are mentioned in the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment. We will discuss that in this thread. The second thing we want to acknowledge is WHO grants you your Rights. Do you get your Rights from your Creator (your God, whomever you deem that to be) OR do you get "rights" by some grant of government? Obviously, if you get your "rights" from the government, then the government can take them back any time they choose. Finally, we're going to talk about the fact that the illegally ratified Fourteenth Amendment created two classes of citizens: Preamble Citizens and Fourteenth Amendment citizens.
