Here you go for free, Lee. The year 2020 has rendered in-person education unachievable in many situations. Going off to take a survival course in Europe is nearly impossible. This doesn’t lessen the need for this type of course. In fact, learning about SHTF survival is more important than ever. The dangers are more imminent than ever. So, Selco has opted to bring the course to us.In this book, you can learn the survival skills that kept Selco alive during the wars in the Balkans in a city under siege. Selco fought to survive in his urban setting against marauding gangs, he evaded sniper fire from the mountains above the city, and he scrambled for the limited resources available. He shares the secrets that allowed him to survive in the course for which this is a textbook. You can learn about urban survival, wilderness survival, what to do before the SHTF, and how to prepare for all of it. Learn the skills he staked his life on. It may not be long before we’re doing the same thing. While most of us won’t be getting to Bosnia anytime soon to learn from Selco directly, this guide is the next best thing to an in-person experience.I have it in my collection of almost 4,000 ebooks and 500 audiobooks. If you are looking for a book, I Just might by chance have it. This is the epub version: file.io/X6iLySgXgUmfAnd I also converted it to PDF in case you aren't computer savvy: file.io/X6iLySgXgUmfCheers

This board is more of a think tank than an opportunity to hawk books for other people. Please limit your book reviews and suggestions to the Entertainment and Humor category. You're beginning to generate too many misleading titles. I was looking forward to some experienced view on real SHTF stuff, not a book suggestion. Not being nasty, but if you post another book review without some of your own thoughts and experiences, I will move the thread to the appropriate category. We didn't build this board to hawk books for other people that aren't networking with us. We're generating information that we actually use, not what profiteers want to entertain you with.

Books are a good thing; however, a discussion board is a place to exchange ideas and help each other. This whole Internet thing is a damn shame. You have a total of around 9,000 books (audio and e books.) My library consists of about 3000 or so books (real books.) I have read about 1700 of those so far and that has taken decades. So, how can you say with any certainty whether any given book is any good or not? If you haven't read and studied it, how do you know how relevant it is to our lives and / or out particular situation?
Now you know where a book review belongs, but don't expect people to jump on it. Almost to a man, and it may include you, people cannot find time to respond to a discussion board with ten or twelve paragraphs - it becomes an insurmountable task. Oh, they have time to write and write about how little time they have to respond to stuff on the Internet, but they have time to do that and people always refer you to books that they may not have even read themselves. When I cite the book The Two Seeds of Genesis 3 : 15 (which I do a lot), I quote from it a lot. I've read the book so many times, it's like the Bible; I can cite you chapter and verse of either. But, I also tell people what it's about and how that cite applies to the topic under discussion.
Books, in and of themselves, have their limitations. With three books you could teach yourself enough about a topic to have some degree of competency in that field; six books and you would know a subject (even a skill set) and if you read and understood a dozen books on a subject, you would know most of it so that practice would be the only difference between being competent at it and just knowing it. Think about that the next time you want to become competent in a field that will get you a better job.
I did a thread on this topic you brought up just so people would have the right kind of content. It might give you some idea of what information looks like versus what books look like. I wonder how many books Stewart Rhodes read before he struck out on his own to start the Oath Keepers. Somehow books did not prevent him from making every security mistake known to God or man. Today, he's offering to sell his brethren out for pennies just to have the media give him a platform... cold day in Hell when that happens. His ex wife has destroyed everything the man worked for by giving up his entire battle plan... hidden tunnels on his property, unregistered cars, and delusions of grandeur all thrown in for free.
This is a serious undertaking. I hope that you will begin to take it seriously.
